“I found this session extremely validating and informative. One topic that I really enjoyed was learning about the joy method and establishing my own guidelines instead of having people push my buttons. Similarly, understanding that not everyone is going to learn or just magically going understand the detrimental impact they had.”

Lead With Joy

Building better workplaces by developing better leaders, one conference room at a time.

Mission

We develop leaders who build better workplaces. Through leadership development, emotional intelligence, and organizational strategy, we equip executives, people leaders, and business owners to strengthen culture, improve communication, reduce burnout, and create organizations where people thrive.

Vision

To redefine leadership by making emotionally intelligent, people-centered, and joy-focused cultures the standard.

Leadership Development that Changes Cultures

Policies don’t create culture; the leaders that enforce them do. Every conversation, decision, and interaction shapes the employee experience. We partner with organizations to develop emotionally intelligent, people-centered leaders who improve communication, reduce burnout, strengthen accountability, and build workplaces where employees can do their best work.

The Philosophy Behind Our Work

I believe that people spend too much of their lives at work to spend most of their years dreading Monday mornings, navigating unhealthy relationships, or feeling emotionally spent.

Over the past 15 years in human resources and organizational leadership, I’ve learned that most people don’t leave organizations because of the work itself. They leave because of the leadership they experience, the communication styles they endure, and the cultures they work within.

This is a professional and personal belief.

As a breast cancer survivor, I’ve experienced firsthand how fragile life can be. I’ve also walked through profound loss, rebuilt after disappointment, and learned that peace and meaningful relationships matter more than the titles alone. My experiences changed how I think about life and leadership. I am reminded daily that every interaction matters because every person who walks through an organization’s doors is carrying a life beyond their job.

That’s why I believe that leadership is one of the greatest responsibilities we have. Leaders don’t just influence performance—they affect people’s perception of respect, support, and value within the workplace.

When organizations invest in developing emotionally intelligent, people-centered leaders, they don’t just improve engagement scores or retention. They create workplaces where people can do meaningful work without sacrificing their well-being.

I believe people deserve this kind of workplace, and it’s the kind of workplace I help organizations build.
